For our client, an international company, a manufacturer of specialist glass packaging, with a regional office in Poland, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Regional Sales Manager ( PL/SK/CZ)
Job tasks:
• Effectively developing sales results in the given countries, in the sectors where the company’s products are dedicated.
• Being part of an international sales team that works together to develop sales strategies and tools.
• Close cooperation with the marketing team located in the German headquarters.
• Working on developing sales revenue growth.
• Preparing offers, meeting with customers and negotiating final terms of cooperation.
• Focusing on customer needs and expectations regarding quality, functionality and other product parameters and sharing information internally with production and R&D departments.
• Participation in conferences and industry fairs.
Expectations :
• University education, in the relevant subjects, sales, marketing, management.
• Experience in b2b sales, including at least 3 years of experience in the packaging industry and knowledge of the specifics of cooperation with industry clients.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals.
• Experience in working with financial data related to sales and the ability to make effective decisions based on them.
• Open and friendly attitude and a cooperative approach.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German will be an additional asset
• Driving license (category B).
