Poland, we are looking for candidates for the position of:<\/span><\/p><h3><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Regional Sales Manager ( PL\/SK\/CZ)<\/span><\/h3><h4><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Job tasks:<\/span><\/h4><p><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u2022 Effectively developing sales results in the given countries, in the sectors where the company&#8217;s products are dedicated.<br \/>\u2022 Being part of an international sales team that works together to develop sales strategies and tools.<br \/>\u2022 Close cooperation with the marketing team located in the German headquarters.<br \/>\u2022 Working on developing sales revenue growth.<br \/>\u2022 Preparing offers, meeting with customers and negotiating final terms of cooperation.<br \/>\u2022 Focusing on customer needs and expectations regarding quality, functionality and other product parameters and sharing information internally with production and R&amp;D departments.<br \/>\u2022 Participation in conferences and industry fairs.<\/span><\/p><h4><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Expectations :<\/span><\/h4><p><span class=\"fontstyle2\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u2022 University education, in the relevant subjects, sales, marketing, management.<br \/>\u2022 Experience in b2b sales, including at least 3 years of experience in the packaging industry and knowledge of the specifics of cooperation with industry clients.<br \/>\u2022 Proven success in achieving sales goals.<br \/>\u2022 Experience in working with financial data related to sales and the ability to make effective decisions based on them.<br \/>\u2022 Open and friendly attitude and a cooperative approach.<br \/>\u2022 Good negotiation and communication skills.<br \/>\u2022 Fluent in English, knowledge of German will be an additional asset<br \/>\u2022
